Britain demands the immediate release of Iranian employes of the British embassy detained in Tehran

Britain has demanded the release of eight Iranian employees from the British embassy in Tehran, who've been taken into detention for, say the Iranian authorities, being involved in the recent post-election unrest in Iran. Their detention is just the latest episode in a growing diplomatic rift between the two sides. Just days ago, Britain expelled two Iranian diplomats after the Iranian side has forced two diplomats to leave the country.
