Green IT, electronic health systems, IT security and "Webciety" are highlighted at this year's CeBIT in Hanover. Around 4,300 exhibitors from 69 countries present their cutting-edge products at the annual computer and technology fair, which runs from March 3-8, 2009. California is a special partner this year. The German Aerospace Center presets its robot "Rollin Justin," which has been designed for use in space research.

IBM uses suspended glowing globes to present the "cloud computing" concept, where applications run on the Internet rather than on a local computer.

Air hockey becomes virtual at the Art & Com Technologies stand.

Art & Com Technologies presents its "Touchmaster," the same large-scale multi-touch presentation system used in the air hockey game.
Human Sticky-Notes
During CeBIT, students are participating in a variety of projects under the motto "Making IT Human." Here, Katrin Augustin from the School of Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute is plastering a staircase with colored paper as part of one of the student projects.
