Colombia - the Singapore of Latin America

Colombia is widely seen as one of Latin America's fastest-growing markets. Now a free-trade agreement with the EU long in the planning is almost ready for signature.

Colombia has good access to the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and the Panama Canal. Cartagena's port facilities are also being expanded and improved. The German logistics service provider Kühne & Nagel has also invested there, opening a new distribution center. Report by Michael Altenhenne.
