The envoys of the Dalai Lama will soon hold a seventh round of formal talks with Chinese officials, according to a statement by Lodi Gyari, one of the envoys who met Chinese officials earlier this month. Meanwhile, the Dalai Lama held talks with German Development Minister Heidemarie Wieczorek-Zeul in Berlin on the last day of his tour to Germany. Wieczorek Zeul described the meeting as “fruitful”.
