Fulham brought Danish defender Niclas Jensen back to the Premiership on Sunday when the player agreed a two-year contract with the Cottagers. The 31-year-old left-back joined for an undisclosed fee from Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund. After spending nine of his first 10 seasons at FC Copenhagen, interspersed by one short unsuccessful spell with PSV Eindhoven, Jensen joined Manchester City during the January transfer window in 2002. He played his part in helping City clinch a return to the top flight, and played for one more season with the club before his switch to Dortmund. The experienced defender now becomes Fulham manager Chris Coleman's fourth signing of the summer, following striker Heidar Helguson, goalkeeper Jaroslav Drobny and midfielder Ahmad Elrich.
