Hanoi: Fire at karaoke lounge kills at least 13

In a rare accident, at least 13 people died when a fire broke out midday Tuesday in the crowded Hanoi outskirts. Fire teams needed more than 2 hours to douse the flames, which engulfed three neighboring apartment buildings.
