How sanctioning Russian diamonds affects Africa

Three diamond-rich African countries are pushing back at a plan by G7 countries to sanction diamond-producer Russia. The plan that aims to keep Russian gems off the market requires Botswana, Angola and Namibia to send their diamonds to Europe for certification.
