Inside Euriope: The 'problem' of migrants reconsidered

Every week brings news of more boats containing migrants setting off from Libya in an attempt to reach the Italian coast. A few years ago, the rescue operations were almost exclusively left to the Italian and Greek authorities to sort out. Now the EU and international organizations also assist. Flavio di Giacomo, from the International Organization for Migration explains the problems.
