Inside Europe: A dramatic drop in migrant arrivals in Italy

There's been a sharp fall in the number of migrants arriving in Italy. In the first half of August, there were 73% fewer arrivals than the same period last year. Experts say there could be a number of reasons for the drop. Flavio Di Giacomo is spokesperson for the International Organization for Migration, or IOM in Rome. He says one of the reasons is the situation in Libya.
