Inside Europe: Arrest warrant lifted for Puigdemont

Campaigning has begun in Spain's northeastern region of Catalonia ahead of a regional election on December 21st. It follows the turmoil of October, when the Catalan government declared independence. After Madrid deposed the Catalan president, Carles Puigdemont, he went into exile in Belgium. But the Spanish judiciary has now lifted an international arrest order against him. Guy Hedgecoe reports.
