Inside Europe: Curbing the migrant flow from Libya

The EU has significantly stepped up its engagement with Libya in an attempt to curb the flow of migrants including a financial commitment of 200 million euros. But human-rights groups are concerned that the EU's biggest motivation is keeping potential migrants from leaving Libya, even though European officials admit conditions there are unbearable.
