Inside Europe: A risky strategy of sending weapons to Libya

European governments, the US and other world powers said this week they will supply Libya’s UN backed government with weapons to help it fight Islamic State. The communiqué was issued at the end of talks in Vienna attended by US Secretary of State, John Kerry, and top officials from more than 20 nations. Our Vienna correspondent Kerry Skyring says supplying weapons to Libya is a risky move.
