Iran says at Istanbul summit that nuclear talks will end if sanctions are imposed

Turkish foreign minister Burak Ozugergin says Iran should not be threatened with sanctions, but offered cooperation. Nonetheless he fears there is 'natural opposition' in Iran to cooperation with the West.
