Growing artificial Coral in Gibraltar

Coral is as an indicator of the state of the waters that surround it. The algae that live on the Polyps are their food source and fish live and breed amongst the reefs. In Gibraltar, a tiny strip of British territory on the southern tip of Spain, experiments to establish Europe's first artificial reefs are underway, hopefully, to encourage fish to breed.
