Republic Of Congo presidential election promises little change

The Republic of Congo holds a presidential election on Sunday which is widely expected to return the incumbent, Denis Sassou N'Guesso. But despite the country's natural resources he's not yet managed to solve high unemployment and slow GDP growth. The oil price slump is only making matters worse.
