Shock and grief descend on Europe's happiest country

A small corner of normally happy Denmark, resembled a police state this week. Police officers surrounded the funeral of Dan Uzan, the Jewish security guard shot dead outside the city's main synagogue by a radical Islamist following his murderous attack a few hours earlier on a free speech forum.
