The two husbands in the world’s longest lasting gay marriage warn that the battle against homophobia is far from over. The couple celebrated 25 years of marriage on Wednesday. On that day October 1st back in 1989, Denmark became the first country in the world to conduct same sex civil partnerships and set a precedent for greater acceptance of homosexuality.
