The comedy candidate taking Serbia's elections seriously

Presidential elections are taking place in Serbia on Sunday. There are 11 candidates in total - including a rather unusual one. But for exactly that reason, 'Beli,' as he is known, could cause problems for the current favorite, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.
