'Married at first sight'

A new TV show is causing controversy in Denmark. 'Married at first sight' has followed three couples 'matched' by a panel of experts who meet at the altar and then get married. Malcolm Brabant reports for Inside Europe from Copenhagen.

The series has generated a huge amount of controversy particularly among Danish pastors. That's because in it, three couples participated in arranged marriages and didn't meet each other until they reached the registry office and their wedding day. Conservative preachers have accused the program makers of undermining the institution of marriage.
