Vimes: House meets pop

Vimes grabbed ears globally with their blend of house and indie pop. Then without warning, they exited the scene. The duo said they didn't want to end up as flashes in the pan. Now they're back with a debut album.

They made waves among netizens and toured South America as the opening act for Hot Chip. Then Azhar Syed and Julian Stetter spent the next three years putting together their debut album "Nights in Limbo." In our portrait, they explain why.
