Kabul is one of the fastest growing citiesi in the world. 6 million people now live in the city that was planned for 700,000. The city's transportation infrastructure can't cope and the many cars contribute to air polluton that's worse than in Beijing. But the city’s new mayor, Abdullah Habibzai, a trained civil engineer, has made it his mission to implement a new Green Urban Mobility Strategy.
