One year ago, Hurricane Harvey made landfall as a Category 4 storm near the small town of Rockport in Texas, causing extensive damage across the community, and a break-down of nearly all services. DW's Sertan Sanderson travelled to Rockport to find out how residents are coping a year after the disaster.
